售后流程

如何发起售后

  • 左侧 订单栏 → 找到对应 订单→选择 售后退款/取消

填写售后原因

  • 填写原因之后 订单状态会变更为待审核（工作时间1小时内会处理）

  • 售后界面可以查看售后订单进度
  • 财务界面可以查看退款资金
